Do you want to plant a vegetable garden or are you looking to add vegetables to your existing garden?

In South Louisiana, we can plant year round. Here is a listing of what to plant in the near future.

Late October: beets, broccoli (transplants), cabbage, carrots, celery, collards, garlic, kale, leaf lettuce, onions, parsley, radishes, shallots, Swiss chard and turnips.

Early November: beets and garlic
